These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DashLab services (“the Service”), operated by DashLab. By accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms without reserve.
The Service is available to any adult with Internet access and compatible hardware.
Some features require the creation of a named DashLab account.
DashLab may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable French and EU regulations.
You remain solely responsible for the files and data (Excel, CSV, SQL databases, etc.) you upload.
You must secure the necessary permissions before processing personal data with DashLab.
Account information must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity carried out under your account.
In case of unauthorised access, notify DashLab immediately at security@dashlab.ai.
The Service’s structure, code, graphics and content are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution without prior written consent is forbidden.
DashLab processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and French “Informatique et Libertés” law. See our Privacy policy for details.
DashLab endeavours to guarantee the availability and security of the Service. However, DashLab cannot be held liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from its use.
DashLab may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these Terms, fraud or any threat to the Service’s security.
These Terms are governed by French and EU law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the courts where DashLab is established.
